The Wirtshaus Schichtl is one of the smaller beer tents, but is well-known for its own vaudeville show featuring “the decapitation of a living person on open stage”. The ticket price includes a reserved seat as well as a voucher for beverages and food. The tickets and a map will be provided at the conference desk of the GRUR Annual Meeting at Kongress am Park.
Please expect long queues at the main entrances to the Munich Oktoberfest when planning your visit!
Security checks at the entrance can lead to delays. If you are late, the codeword for our reservation in Wirtshaus Schichtl is “GRUR”. Unfortunately, we only have a limited number of tickets at our disposal. If you are unable to use your reserved ticket(s), please notify the conference desk and give other participants (waiting list) the chance to attend the Oktoberfest. We will of course reimburse the amount you paid for your ticket if we are able to resell it.
